Are you a hard worker who enjoys being outdoors and wants to build your skills and career?
We’re looking for reliable, motivated rangatahi to join a skilled labourer role working in the taiao on Mt Messenger, with construction-related work and plenty of opportunities to learn and upskill.
The role has the potential to increase to seven days a week during peak periods, which will mean some long days and sacrifices for those involved. We appreciate this may impact people who play summer sports, attend church on Sundays, or have other regular commitments.

Requirements
The type of rangatahi we are looking for would ideally be:
- Reasonably fit, as the work involves hills and challenging terrain.
- Able to pass our drug and testing procedures.
- Reliable and good at communicating.
- Keen to learn and prepared to upskill themselves, which could include gaining licences, certificates, and other qualifications.
- Transport will be provided both ways from designated areas.
