Are you a skilled and qualified carpenter looking for your next opportunity? Structa is growing, and we're searching for a motivated Carpenter who takes pride in their mahi, work well alongside others, and deliver high-quality craftsmanship on every project.
As a valued member of our whānau on site, you’ll work closely with the Site Manager to complete defect-free work, support apprentices, and help ensure projects run safely, smoothly, and meet programme.
Our projects include but not limited to:

Overview
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Completing a range of carpentry tasks to a high standard i.e. Framing, Cladding, Soffits, Window & Door installations, Stairs, Interior linings, trim & finishings etc.
- Helping ensure projects are delivered defect free & on time
- Adhering to Health & Safety and Environmental requirements
- Supporting apprentices if and where needed
- Contributing to a positive, respectful team culture
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- Trade qualification in carpentry
- Physically fit
- Have own transportation
- Have own tools
- Proficient in reading building plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Work well in a team as well as autonomously
- Commitment to upholding Structa’s Code of Conduct
