We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Arborist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Arborist Operations Manager, who will support your learning, development, and career progression. As a growth‑focused company, we offer genuine opportunities to advance and thrive.
No two days look the same. We work on all aspects of tree work, from small pruning and felling residential jobs to large scale commercial projects.

What We are Looking For:
- Proactive, honest, and reliable team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong knowledge of operational tools, equipment & machinery.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communicator with great time and self-management abilities.
- Committed to health & safety and passionate about producing quality results
- 2+ years’ experience in an Arborist role.
- Clean, full driver’s license is essential.
Nice to Have:
- NZQA National Certificate in Arboriculture or equivalent international qualification – or must be keen in working toward certification.
