The Opportunity:

This role sits at the intersection of client advisory, relationship management, and delivery leadership. Depending on your experience, you may join us as a Business Advisor or as an emerging Accounting Manager — with a clear pathway into expanded advisory responsibility.

You’ll work closely with Accounting Managers and Client Relationship Owners, Accountants, and Assistants to deliver high‑quality outcomes for people the own their own business (SME business owners) where the decision-making is connected to understanding their personal objectives and purpose.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with clients, building trusted relationships and understanding what really drives their business
• Deliver advisory services across forecasts, cashflow, tax planning, performance insights, and strategy
• Translate compliance outputs into clear, practical business advice
• Review and oversee accounting and compliance work to ensure quality, timeliness, and consistency
• Contribute to advisory discussions, discovery sessions, and client planning conversations
• Support workflow, job budgets, and delivery — learning how to manage a client portfolio effectively
• Use modern tools and technology (Xero, Spotlight, Fathom and others) to enhance insight and decision‑making
• Grow toward either deeper advisory specialisation or client delivery leadership — or both

What We’re Looking For:

• Accounting Business Advisors looking to strengthen delivery leadership and client exposure
• Senior Accountants or Accounting Managers ready to step into advisory and client‑facing work
• Professionals who enjoy combining technical strength with commercial thinking and people skills
• A background in accounting, finance, or advisory services
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with business owners
• Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine interest in how businesses operate
• A relevant qualification (CA or working toward it is welcomed, but not essential)
