This role leads the development and governance of Todd Energy’s maintenance scheduling system, with accountability for the five-year scheduling horizon across routine and non-routine maintenance. It spans planning, preparation, campaigns, budgets, and coordination through to handover at 90 days.
At its core, this role builds a schedule people can rely on — balancing operational demands, long-lead work, and resource constraints to support confident decision-making and effective delivery.
Overview
Responsibilities include:
- Steward a high-quality maintenance schedule across multiple planning horizons, including long-range, campaign, and near-term views.
- Ensure long-lead items, event markers, and shutdown-related work are identified early and positioned for successful delivery
- Work across CMMS and Primavera P6 to maintain schedule integrity and produce meaningful scheduling outputs
- This is a role where your thinking influences outcomes well beyond your immediate team. The quality of planning done here shapes safety, efficiency, and performance across the business.
Requirements
- Significant experience in maintenance engineering and execution, including practical maintenance planning within oil and gas, hydrocarbon processing, or petrochemical manufacturing.
- Deep knowledge of maintenance work management processes, materials management, and cost control.
- Proven capability with planning tools, including Primavera P6 and CMMS systems (MEX advantageous)
- A tertiary technical degree or an appropriate trade qualification is preferred.
