Manager, Community Services:
The Manager, Community Services will provide strategic, operational and financial leadership to ensure high quality, efficient and culturally responsive services by fostering a high-performing team, strong community and whānau relationships and sustainable organisational growth while maintaining compliance, risk management, and excellence in service delivery.
Manager, Primary Care Services:
The Manager, Primary Care Services will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure efficient, safe, and culturally responsive service delivery, drives financial and organisational performance, fosters a high-performing team, supports growth and community engagement, and maintains compliance, risk management, and excellence in patient and whānau experience
Manager, Support Services:
The Manager, Support Services will provide operational and people leadership to ensure efficient, safe, and culturally responsive service delivery, fosters a high-performing and accountable team, drives financial and organisational performance, champions continuous improvement, and upholds compliance, risk management, and whānau-centred excellence. Note that this role is for a fixed term of 18 months. At that point, the role will be reviewed.
Clinical Director:
The Clinical Director, reporting to the Manager, Support Services, will provide strategic and hands-on leadership to drive clinical excellence, innovation, and culturally responsive, patient-centred care, while strengthening clinical governance, fostering equity, and supporting the professional growth and wellbeing of the clinical team.
Quality, Compliance and Reporting Officer:
The Quality, Compliance and Reporting Officer, reporting to the Manager, Support Services will ensure effective quality assurance and compliance across the organisation, driving continuous improvement, managing risk, and providing accurate reporting to support informed decision-making and regulatory requirements.
Executive Support and Administration Officer:
The Executive Support and Administration Officer, reporting to the Manager, Support Services will primarily provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager by ensuring smooth office operations, effective communication, and efficient organisational processes while also providing secondary support to the wider leadership team.
