As part of the F&B leadership team, you’ll also:

• Support the Food & Beverage Manager in running the department effectively
• Assist in maintaining and improving F&B procedures and service standards
• Drive team performance through training, development, and day-to-day coaching
• Monitor profitability and contribute to strategies for service excellence
• Be available during key service times — from early breakfast to close
• Step up as the senior contact when the F&B Manager is away

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in a similar supervisory or team leader role — hotel experience preferred
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, guide, and hold a team accountable
• High levels of emotional intelligence and self-awareness, with a calm, professional approachunder pressure
• Confident in handling conflict resolution and coaching team members through challenging situations
• Genuine passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - with guests and within the team
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in a range of dining service styles including buffet, à la carte, and events
• Skilled in managing rosters, timesheets, team performance, and on-the-floor coaching
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros (or similar)
• Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and industry regulations
