The position is responsible for providing general administration and reception services in support of the clinical team in the Tui Ora Family Health (TOFH) Practice.

Requirements
Kia ekena a angitū | To promote success in this role, you will have
- Relevant Administration qualifications
- Knowledge of the clinical/healthcare environment
- 1 – 2 years of previous administration and reception experience
- Experience with an electronic Patient Management System e.g. Indici is an advantage
- A working knowledge of Microsoft products/applications
- Previous general office accounting experience
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work as part of a team
- Excellent organisation skills and able to take responsibility for completion of tasks
- Strong work ethic, demonstrated by a high level of integrity, reliability, efficiency and self-management
- Excellent attention to detail and be a fast learner
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- The ability to demonstrate practical understanding of the aspirations and challenges facing Māori communities
- Experience in applying tikanga Māori as it applies in the role (desirable)
- A full, clean NZ Driver Licence.
