As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our rooms and public spaces meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards. Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, you will:
- Clean and service guest rooms efficiently and to the highest standard
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas if required
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attention to detail and a friendly, professional manner
- Work effectively in a team environment while managing your own time efficiently

Requirements
We need someone who is:
- Experienced – Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel setting is an advantage
- Physically Fit – This is a physically demanding role, requiring standing, lifting (up to 25kg), bending, and repetitive motions
- Detail-Oriented – A keen eye for cleanliness and presentation is essential
- Reliable & Punctual – Consistently on time and able to work within strict timeframes
- Flexible & Team-Focused – Available every weekend, one weekday (which will vary from week to week, but can be negotiated to a specific day) and may be required to work on most public holidays.
- Positive & Guest-Oriented – Friendly, approachable, and committed to maintaining our high service standards
