Requirements

Kia ekena a angitū | To promote success in this role, you will have

  • Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand or eligible to apply for registration
  • A fellowship of the Royal NZ College of General Practitioners, or training towards FRNZCGP
  • An international postgraduate medical qualification in general practice
  • Preferably leadership experience within General Practice
  • A current NZ practicing certificate
  • A good knowledge of general practice care in Aotearoa (New Zealand) (desirable)
  • Experience in applying tikanga Māori as it applies in the role (desirable).
  • A full, clean NZ Driver Licence or equivalent
  • You must be eligible to work in New Zealand to be considered for this position.
